Anime market which gained it’s popularity from Japan has shown a significant increase from last 6 years. It was valued at $20.47 billion in 2018. It is expected to grow with a rate of 8%(approx) and it’s also expected to exceed $30 Billion mark by 2025.
Animes are famous all around the globe due to the great animations, character design and mind blowing stories. A big part of revenue comes from online streaming platform and sale of dvd.
Japanese anime market is growing tremendously there are hundreds of studios in Japan producing thousands of anime still after all the growth there’s a dark side to it,all the artists who draw pictures for anime are getting almost $2 per picture and it takes an hour to draw a single picture. So all the artists are unhappy with long working hours and less pay.
